Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of such goods.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

c) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

LIMITED LIABILITY
Bricotoldo (Xprinta Signs Spain, S.L) shall not be liable for any type of damage, whether direct or indirect, caused by possible errors of any nature in the data sent by the user, except in the case of fraud or gross negligence.
In the event of an error not attributable to the user or delivery of a defective or damaged product, Bricotoldo shall be obliged to exchange the product only once.
Upon receipt of the order, the user must examine the products received. Possible defects in the delivered goods, material errors not attributable to the user must be reported immediately by e-mail to info@bricotoldo.com, indicating the order number and attaching photographs justifying the claim up to a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the order was received. Bricotoldo will make every effort to deal with complaints as soon as possible after receiving them, except for weekends and holidays.
Bricotoldo does not assume any liability derived, by way of example but not limitation:
1. Of the eventual damages caused to users as a consequence of a normal or abnormal operation of the search tools, the organization or location of the contents and/or access to the Website and, in general, errors or problems that are generated in the development or implementation of the technical elements that the Website or a program provides to the user.
2. Of the acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of whether these third parties may be linked to Bricotoldo by contract.
3. Of the access of minors to the contents included in the web, it being the responsibility of their parents or guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity of the children or minors under their care or to install any of the tools to control the use of Internet in order to prevent access to materials or content not suitable for minors, as well as the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or guardians.
4. Errors or delays in accessing the Website by the user when entering their data in the Order Form, the slowness or impossibility of receipt by the recipients of the order confirmation or any anomaly that may arise when these incidents are due to problems in the Internet, causes of fortuitous event or force majeure and any other unforeseeable contingency beyond the good faith of Bricotoldo. Bricotoldo does not accept cancellations or modifications of orders after the technical conformity of uploading files and the effective formalization of payment.
5. Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions, so that it is not guaranteed that the Website is constantly operational.
6. Of the errors or damages produced to the Website by an inefficient use and in bad faith by the Member or User.
7. Of the non-operation or problems in the email address provided by the user to send the order confirmation.
Bricotoldo reserves the right, always in compliance with the applicable regulations, to modify the conditions of application of the promotions, extend them by duly communicating it, or proceed to the exclusion of any of the participants of the promotion in the event of detecting any anomaly, abuse or unethical behavior in their participation (such as massive purchases, commercial activities, fraudulent activity, among others).

WARRANTY
The invoice generated once the order has been placed will serve as a certificate that guarantees the quality of the product in the legally established terms, for a period of 2 years (only for the durability of the colors with respect to the sun). Deficiencies caused by abrasion, negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, improper tension, incorrect installation, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use are not included. In those incidents where the product has arrived defective due to transport, poor finishing of the cut of the material, incorrect measurements or lack of placement of the accessories, or it has not even reached its destination, you must notify it within a period of no more than 7 days. .
