Please note the following remarks:

1. Please check the goods carefully before signing the conformity of receipt of the goods, in order to avoid problems in possible claims, due to delivery defect.

2. The goods are delivered “on site”, i.e. the carrier is not obliged to go up to the ground or enter private plots of land to deliver the goods. Please keep this in mind in case help is needed to bring the awning to the site where it is to be installed.

3. Once the receipt of the amount of the order is confirmed by the chosen payment system, the order is put into production immediately, and the goods leave our warehouse as soon as possible.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

It is very important that you provide us with the correct postal code and delivery address and as detailed as possible, in order to avoid re-shipping costs that would be at the customer’s expense.

It is also important that you provide us with the telephone number of the recipient of the order to facilitate the delivery of the goods.

At the end of the order form, you can add more information or make indications to facilitate the location of the delivery address.

4. IMPORTANT NOTE : for the moment Bricotoldo can only serve its products in the peninsula, we do not deliver neither in the islands (Canary and Balearic Islands) nor in Ceuta and Melilla.
